[Discussion] Proper Straw Hat Power Ups

The series seems to be moving at a faster pace and the future enemies of the SHs are WAAAAY out of their league so they either need lots of power ups, a timeskip or both.

Luffy
-Godly CoC
-DF awakening(typical but obvious)
-G5(typical if he even has one)
-Hasshoukin. Great for Luffy's hand-to-hand style and dealing damage even when his attacks are blocked

Zoro
-Asura whenever he wants to cover his lacking CoO
-A new kitetsu
-Master his flame sword Wado ichimonji and maybe use black instead of blue flames
-CoC
-Being able to use better shockwave slashes like Mihawk
-Mastering "Hawk Eye" that allows him to see his target through a crowd

Nami
-CoO
-Being able to create tornados and blizzards

Usopp
-Better CoO
-Axe dials, impact dials and reject dials
-Pistols and seastone bullets
-A rifle with seastone bullets

Sanji
-Hotter blue flames(Sanji color scheme is blue afterall)
-Blue Gilly's Jet Kun Do
-Ideo's Destruction Cannon

Chopper
-CoA
-Stronger points that he can transform into at anytime
-Fusion points(his arm and kung fu point merged)

Robin
-CoO
-If possible, be able to create clones that aren't linked to her real body

Franky
-CoA
-Seastone arm
-Mini laser beams like Kizaru's Yasaka Nagatama
-Body made out of Poneglyph stone

Brooke

-Soul being able to posses the living

zoro-learning to maintain ahura bit longer, training on his CoO and a new sword.
sanji-Black flames caused by koka being mixed into his flames. Master rokushiki and just show those damn 99 newkama kempo techniques/styles .
franky-CoO and a new teleportaion ability that allows him to move faster, kinda like kuma.
Robin- CoA.....she really needs it and maybe the ability to grow a limb from another limb, or her clone having the same power as her.
nami- CoO and maybe have franky upgrade her clima-tact and give more destructive power
Ussop- An actual rifle or a pistol but no real bullets, Just the same ammo. And hopefully he gets a long sniper and back the strawhats up from the back lines
Chopper-Different transformation, Better speed and maybe use his bill/shots to push his physical limits to the max
Brook- CoA and the same as you.

I've always assumed Mihawk has the greatest eyesight and observation haki in the series. He doesn't have a single scar on his body from what we've seen. And his epithet and eyesight is always highlighted.

I've always assumed Mihawk has the greatest eyesight and observation haki in the series. He doesn't have a single scar on his body from what we've seen. And his epithet and eyesight is always highlighted.

Exactly. CoO isn't Zoro's strong point so increasing his eyesight itself was a big priority. To me, Mihawk was able to see through any trick and technique because of his eyesight.

neither does ussop,buggy or chopper,but i agree that he might be the best observation haki user.not because he dosn't have any scar's cause his nik name hawkeye greatly compliment's that he greatly excells at observation haki.

Yea but Usopp Buggy and Chopper haven't been fighting top tiers and such. Out of all the top tiers there are only a handful out there without a scar. Especially when you consider he has no DF protection (Logia like Kizaru/Regen like Marco). He actually stands out among the top tiers.

I believe a combination of his eyesight/CoO and his sword provide a strong defense against attacks to shield his body. He seems like a fighter who stands in one spot and counters and has great reaction speed as opposed to movement speed. He had plenty duels with Shanks and never got a battle scar from what we can tell.

Also thats just a little detail, its not the main reason, the main reason of course is his epithet and feats from the War highlighting his eyesight. He's always talking about his range as well (similar to a Hawk youre never out of his range and his long ranged attacks only compliment this ability) this further adds to his fighting style which I have imagined.

Look at the other marksman in one piece. Yassop, Van Auger, Ben Beckman. Notice a similarity between them? Usopp better start acting like he's serious if he wants to be placed with the likes of them.

Why only luffy has awakening? If they are about to encounter enemies like BM, kaidou then all the df users of SHs needs awakening and both the hakis.

I don't want Luffy to awaken his DF. I say give him Life Return, and he'll use that to control his body in Gear 4 to create different forms of G4, with Boundman being one form. Another form could be supplementary, conserving calories and nutrients while upping his defense, causing the opponent to beat down on him for a while, and when they're tired, unleash these stored nutrients and calories all at once for a beating of his own.

Sanji should get speed boosts. Hassoken fits him better, especially Sai's kind. Rankyaku-esque flame projectiles.

Nice list. I feel that Sanji should have flame armor ability or some sort of defensive based ability so a scenario like Vergo fracturing his leg wouldn't happen again. Perhaps displaying more CoA feats would be the better alternative. I also want to see him use Rankyaku.

As for Zoro, I can't wait to see asura again. xD

you realize one of usopp's ambitions is to be a brave man u know that right??
