Neither is your scan of him being invincible. You'd believe BZ over Itachi when it goes against Itachi being the best. Makes you look even more pathetic then you already are.

He's going to have to seal them first. Orochimaru went around it, Nagato couldn't move, that's the only reason he got caught, oh yeah and he had help. There's my answer as shown in the Manga as well.
