and clashed with sasuke and felt his power. no where did it say that his MS is to strong but its safe to assume maybe he meant so

All I see is mangafact....Naruto needed Kyuubi's chakra plus the SM he already had to defeat an almost blinded MS Sasuke. Sasuke needed the bijuu chakra plus his new rinnegan to defeat Naruto who was almost out of chakra...hmmm

If my memory serves me right, Naruto wasn't in SM when he clashed with Sasuke. He only used it to get to their location.
And no, he didn't say that he couldn't beat Sasuke, because he was stronger. This has been discussed several times.
