Whenever madara was shown looing to hashirama in the manga, he is colapsing over a waterfall, with swords stuck in him. If perfect susanoo cant block it, why does he get "Killled" ontop of a waterfall.

You are misjudging OP's intentions for calling it that and are taking it too literally. The Mokujin thrusting the Bijuu Dama back at Madara looks exactly like someone attacking with a Rasengan, and the fact that Rasengan is inspired from it, is all the more reason to call it that.
