Look at the middle panel at the bottom of the page:
Look at those things circled yellow, they appear to be corpses directly below the desk of where the scroll is, and what does corpses contain? DNA, and what skill needs DNA material to be put in a special scroll in order for it to work? Edo Tensei
I suspect that this is the original scroll belonging to the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, and that Orochimaru stole this very scroll from the Konoha archives when he was just beginning to learn the secrets of Edo Tensei.
PS: Notice that there are exactly two corpses? it's just like when Kabuto showed Edo Tensei to Tobi, one is the living sacrifice and the other the dead person to be summoned, I bet Orochimaru used those two as preliminary experiments when he was just beginning to master Edo Tensei. After successfully performing it, he released the fodder Edo Tensei and thus two corpses were left behind to rot in his secret room.
