The akutsuki ranks with the exception of obito. Read the Teskoman posts in thread for explanations. There are several posts , around 5 explaining the ranks of akatsuki, it took a whole to write after I posted the thread , so go past the first few posts saying " where's the proof teskoman". I posted the proof after people posted their comments because it took a whole to write. I am genius. Pmghe smartest one in naruto week and anywhere and everywhere else on the subject on naruto ..
