Regardless he can teleport it wasn't clear on which one he used all I know is it spans a longer distance than sasukes jutsu so Naruto is faster dude

I don't consider Body Flicker (Shunshin) as teleportation. Only S/T is true teleportation. Otherwise, Hebi Sasuke could also teleport.
