The part about the god splitting into two opposing forces, and in turn created everything. And Naruto vs Madara would be the two ultimate forms. Kishi hints a lot.
i think madara cant be the juubi jin. you know this brings me to something else. One big difference in one piece and naruto is it seems like one piece takes it to where all hope is lost for strawhats everytime in front of a boss. like crocodile. But naruto has always been to scared to take it that far. there has always been a little ray of hope for naruto. One piece several times i thought to myself "noway strawhats gonna win this. " and sure enough there it is. Like the enel fight and crocodile fight. and shoot pretty much all the boss fights are like that

I really would like to beleive that (nice idea, by the way), but from what I see, Madara is already the next Sage of the Six Paths. And if Madara becomes the Jinchuriki, it's just whitewash repetition of Obito.
And Madara with ALL OF THAT POWER is just way too much. They needed five Hokages, two perfect Jinchuriki's and over one-hundred fodder to beat Juubito.
I see it going either one of two ways:
Madara as the evil Sage of the Six Paths and Naruto (somehow) being the Juubi Jinchuriki
-I mean, who else could possibly stand against Madara's current state (with two eyes AND Hashirama's power) other than the Jinchuriki of the ten tailed beast? I mean, Obito was hard enough, but Madara?
-It was obvious that the Sage of the Six Paths' victory over the ten-tailed beast was a hard one, so the Juubi being inside a Shinobi (Naruto especially) would be ideal, as the Juubi being inside Naruto would make it more than a monster on a rampage.
Naruto and the Alliance's victory over Madara is a race against time BEFORE he becomes the Jinchuriki of the Ten Tailed Beast.
-Naruto's obviously going to survive and/or be revived. I dunno how, but he won't just die now of all times. Even as an 3/8 Uzumaki and 1/8 Senju, Naruto won't last long enough to do anything in the fight, except "That Jutsu"
-On the subject of "That Jutsu," I always thought it would be Flying Thunder God Technique--but if it's the final peice to defeating Madara, mabey Reaper Death Seal would be ideal.

when it said god was divided into yin and yang it was talking about the sage being split into older and younger son
and that older and younger son cooperating can achieve peace like when hashi and madara started the village system but madara didn't believe in cooperation and decided to be both older and younger son
more like naruto and sasuke-yin and and yang will fight madara whose both yin and yang in one body
Madara sees himself as the combination of both parts, he never saw and he will never see Naruto as a part of it. Also, Hashirama is Madara's counterpart, Naruto is Sasuke's. So the thing Madara have spoken of, and the things Kishi has foreshadowed is most likely Naruto vs Sasuke .
