Anyway, Madara's pants where made of chakra when he became juubi jin. After someone with that sort of chakra cloak gets KOed, They loose their cloak, as Naruto has demonstrated plenty of times.

And Madara's legs still have parts of the robe he was wearing. Therefore, Living Legs. THe only thing Kaguya is missing. That, and a personality, but she keeps one up her sleeves at all times.
