Proof that it is shisui? Can I have it?

No proof. Just speculation. Reason for speculation :-

1) The Onion Uchiha is skilled at Shunshin. Shisui was skilled at Shunshin
2) Shin's father must be an Uchiha too. They are pissed at Sasuke for killing Itachi. So this implies Mr. Hooded cared for Itachi leading to the speculation

That is the BS of all BS reason for speculation. I rather believe it is tobirama before Shisui.

Through the process of elimination of the Uchiha Clan, and the only one that has a deep connection to Itachi Uchiha in the manga series would (unfortunately) be none other than Shisui Uchiha, the very same man that inspired both him and Sasuke to become the people that they are in the long run, also the facial features of the hooded man is too close to the likeness of him. Plus there are several motives to back this up.

1. The recreation of Akatsuki due to Itachi's initial involvement with it
2. Angered that Sasuke took the life of his friend that he entrusted his eye and the future to, most likely not knowing the plan that Itachi had into it.
3. Body was never found, which means he is in the same category as Obito Uchiha until he resurfaced during the war.
5. Shisui was famed for his Body Flicker technique, having earned the nickname "Shisui of the Body Flicker", the very first ability that Shin performs in his debut in the manga is a Body Flicker technique through his Sharingan.

It's the only logical thing that would make sense, and it fits it perfectly in terms of Kishimoto's writing style.

It would also explain why his right eye looks deceased. Probably not the original or could be fake/replica. Who knows.

Anyway I think that dude was Danzo's 2nd in command shinobi who want revenge against Sasuke for taking everything away from him.

I know, that's why I said they looked deceased. Both his eyes were destroyed. But if it's shisui, I doubt kishi would bring him back without KA. So maybe that's why that particular eye looks like that. See how the part that's supposed to be white is brown, it could be something has been done to it. Everybody who has had transplants, their eyes still look relatively normal.

Unfortunately the resemblance is there: The nose is wide with a dip in the center, the resting frown face, the dip in the chin, and the wide/square-ish face.
