Yeah? It never specified when exactly. Not only this, Hagoromo's Senjutsu isn't passed down by bloodline. Madara, Obito, and Naruto were the only ones explicitly stated to have Six Paths Senjutsu. There goes your thread title.

I don't think so. When you look at all the bloodline characters, most of them seem to be a watered down version of kaguya and hagoromo's power. Jugo and kimimaro are very good example.

Being watered down doesn't change the fact that it isn't what you think it is. Kimimaro's Digital Shrapnel doesn't create bones that turns whatever it hit to ashes like Kaguya's Ash Bone. Jugo's abilities are using Jet Cannon and Sage transformation. Kaguya didn't show that ability.

No, Hashirama absolutely needs traits that exactly constitue Six Paths Senjutsu. If its watered down, then you can't assert that its like its superior version unless there's explicit proof. You can't aggressively assert something like that based on hashbacks and appearances alone.
