Sorry, but I feel that you are highly underrating Kirabi here. Most of your points concerning how Deidara can get to Kirabi are quite flawed, since in reality, the only real threat is the C4 Karura.

Concerning the V1 and V2 modes, and the C1 and C2 bombs
First of all, your underestimation of the V1 and V2 is quite ridiculous. You use one example where Naruto got burned after the Kyuubi took over, and state that because of that, the Chakra of the Bijuu burns the Jinchuuriki, while that hasn't been shown to be the case in any other instance. If the Bijuu Chakra burns the user regardless of whether the Bijuu wants it to or not, then how come it didn't burn the Jinchuuriki in these instances?

  • Naruto vs Pein [ - ]
  • Kirabi vs Nagato [ - ]
  • All the instances where Naruto has used the BM or KCM.

And there are more examples. Shortly put, the Bijuu Chakra has been shown burning the Jinchuuriki once. In no way does that mean that it hurts the user every time it's used. Rather, it only does so when the Bijuu actually wants to hurt the user, which is not the case with Bee. Just because the Kyuubi's Chakra once burned Naruto when it took over his body, it doesn't mean that the Chakra will burn Bee, and it certainly does not mean that Deidara can use the heat to his advantage, by using his bombs.

In actuality, the C1 and C2 bombs would barely affect Bee at all. The V2 form has been shown to be able to tank attacks even from the Sword of Kusanagi [ - ] which was stated to be able to hurt even Enma in Adamantine form. [ ] I should not have to explain why Bee tanks it in Full Bijuu Mode, as that form of Bee managed to tank even a Bijudama, [ ] which is obviously more powerful than anything that can be thrown at him with the C1 or C2. Shortly put, the C1 and C2 bombs would barely even graze Bee when in V2 Mode or Bijuu Mode, and whether they'd even hit him at all is debatable.

Like we've seen before, Deidara's bombs can be disarmed by a simple Raiton move. This is the case in all instances, since every single Clay bomb is created by using Doton Chakra. Because of this, Kirabi's Raiton affinity gives him a distinct advantage, since a single Raiton attack would allow him to take out the larger bombs Deidara throws at him, without even having to worry about tanking it. You might argue that he would not use the Raiton since he might not be aware of the fact that the Raiton diffuses the bombs, but quite the contrary, he has been shown using it before when fighting against non-Doton users, such as Sasuke [ ] and Kisame, [ ] [ ] simply because of the piercing power it adds to his blows. Obviously, if he sees a flying figure coming towards him, his first reaction would be to try and stop it from coming near him, and a way to do that would be to use the Raiton enhanced blows, which would simply diffuse the bombs coming at him. Undoubtedly, he'd be aware of the fact that the Clay monster are bombs fairly early in the fight, and after he sees that the bombs who are touched by the Raiton don't blow up, he would most likely, with the help of the Hachibi, be able to discover the weakness of Deidara's bombs.

In any case, Deidara's C1 and C2 bombs will not affect Bee at all, due to the defensive capabilities of his V2, and the Full Bijuu Mode. That much is clear.

Countering the C3
The C3 is an attack that Deidara has only used once in the manga, and in that case, he had it prepared before the fight. [ ] He's never been shown using it without preparations, and even if he had, it's power, despite it's size, it would most likely not manage to take out Bee, who has been shown tanking a TBB, which have been shown to be powerful enough to vaporize mountains. [ ] Note that these Tailed Beast Bombs came from the Two Tails and Three Tails, amongs others, while the Bijudama Bee tanked was created by the second strongest beast of them all.

Simply put, a single C3 would not manage to take Bee out, and unless you include preparation time in the match up, he wouldn't even manage to use it. Another thing worth mentioning is that if Bee sees something as large as the C3 coming his way, he'd undoubtedly try to attack the bomb before it gets to him, using the Raiton to his advantage.

The power of Bee's offensive techniques.
I can't help but highly disagree with your points on the Bijudama.

1) Interruption: Just like in your post concerning the effects of the effects the V2 mode has on it's user, you post a single scan where it took Bee some time to create the TBB, and state that it applies in all cases. Although it takes time to master the TBB, after it has been mastered, it doesn't take much time to create at all, as Bee has showcased more than once.[ - ] [ ] If Deidara is hoping to stay safe from Bee's other attacks, such as the Bijuu Hachimiki [ - ] (You can get an idea of the attacks AoE by looking at the size of the trees in the swirl, and comparing it to the size of the Jincuuriki in the next panel) he will have to keep a very long disance between them, and would because of that, not be able to interrupt Bee before he creates it, he simply wouldn't have the time to do it.

2) Making the Bijudama explode: The Bijudama does not necessarily explode on simple contact, it explodes when it has hit something large enough to actually trigger it, or simply when the user wants it to explode. It has been shown before that the user can choose whether wants the Bijudama to actually explode or not. [ - - ] A simple C1 bird would not put enough pressure on the Bijudama for it to actually explode, it's simply to light and small. The Bijudama has been shown to explode on contact when it hits something large enough, or sturdy enough to actually make it explode, such as the Rashomon gates, which you posted in your thread, or the body of a Tailed Beast. [ - ] The Bijudama would simply keep going, and hit Deidara, since the mass of the birds would not suffice in stopping the Bijudama in it's tracks, making it explode.

3) Evading: Solid point, if it's a single Bijudama that we're talking about. However, when Bee whips out the Multiple Tailed Beast Bombs, [ ]Deidara will most likely not be able to evade it, and when Bee decides to compress the Bijudama before shooting it, Deidara's chance of avoiding it drops to zero, the blast is simply too large for Deidara to hope to evade it. [ ]

Simply put, the Multiple Bijudama or a compressed Bijudama will be Deidara's downfall, and will without a doubt be the first thing Bee resorts to when Deidara takes flight, since it's his strongest Long-Range move.

The C4
Like I stated, this is Deidara's only chance of winning, nothing else will suffice in taking Bee down. However, even this does not guarantee him a win against Killer Bee.

The first thing that should be noted is the fact that aside from the C0, the C4 is Deidara's absolute last resort move. He would never resort to this move unless he had no way of taking Bee out with his other techniques, and by the time he realizes that, the chances of him being already dead are quite high. While the C4 is a last resort move in Deidara's mind, the Bijudama is something Bee resorts to quite often, and as soon as Deidara takes off into the air, which he must do if he wants to have a chance to win, the chances of Bee immediately whipping out the TBB are quite high, which would, as I explained above, quickly result in Deidara's defeat.

If we do however assume that for some random reason Deidara will decide to use the C4 before Bee uses the TBB, (Which is a long shot) Bee still has a way to counter it, simply out of sheer instinct. When he sees Deidara forming a huge Clay Doll, he will obviously automatically assume that it's a huge bomb, meaning that his first move would be to repel it, [ ] push it back, [ ] or simply disintegrate it, [
