It's not a direct proof but you sure can have a very strong guess based on what I've stated.
Suijetsu found the scroll and mentioned Sasuke right afterwards he somehow knew what was in there otherwise he wouldn't care about it and remember Suijetsu was also Oro's experiment so he better than anyone(excluding Kabuto) knows what he does/says when it comes to Orochimaru and his lab he also said it will change the current war and I don't believe a simple scroll will change the war alone by itself.

i think that scroll has some secret for some power and i think Suijetsu will used it for him self

If Suijetsu was about to use it he wouldn't mention Sasuke and would of use it right away instead of searching for Sasuke.

No, here's the real proof....

Sasuke was given the Sharingan.
Sasuke was given the Curse Mark.
Sasuke was given Oro's power.
Sasuke was given the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Sasuke was given the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
Sasuke will be given the Rinnegan.

The proof is he's been given everything without any effort at all...

Well, what if NARUTO get's the Rennigan?
Sasuke has EMS. He's powerful, yeah.
If NARUTO get's the Rennigan, he would be the closest to the Sage of 6 Paths.
I don't really think Sasuke is going to get the Rennigan even though it'd be cool.
I mean, he's already been gifted with the EMS, what else?
NARUTO needs stuff too. The guy has been training to get all his strength so far.
