After gaining the Rinnegan Sasuke gained the paths. Animal Path allows you to summon the Rinnegan animals, and connect a visual link. This is where the rinnehawk phenomenon came from. The Rinnegan you see is a reflection of Sasuke visually linking Garuda, his hawk, to his vision.

This means Sasuke has Animal Path.

His Confirmed Paths include:
Preta Path
Animal Path
Unique Path (Ameno)

As Indra already said, Sasuke has ALL Paths. AND they are confirmed. What you listed are the ones shown, and even in that you missed Deva and Outer Paths.
