Proof: Sasuke and co. are in The Uchiha District and not the Temple with the Tablet
They're in the district where Sasuke used to lived, not the Uchiha Shrine and not where the Tablet is.
See this:
See those buildings behind the gate? They look like Konoha rooftops
And see this, this is the Nakano Shrine Main Temple
Notice the Gate (Torii) is on its own with no walls connected to it either left and right? and notice the last panel in 617, the "Torii" is connected to the walls
Why was this? Because it wasn't a Torii, a Torii always stands on its own without connecting to walls, because it symbolizes the transition from corruption to spiritual purity
But the Torii looking broken thing behind Sasuke and co. Are connected to the walls, therefore they are not Torii of temples, they are only Japanese Residential Gates albeit with a broken roof
And finally, this little wooden box we see on the lower right of the last panel
They are japanese garden shrines, mostly found on residential places and district streets
