To say that a Medic Chuunin can beat a Jounin with Sharingan, a higher overall intelligence and general all-round better stats, it confuses the hell out of me.

Dude Tsunade is still the strongest kunoichi in NV.Even if Sakura learned and perfected Byakugo...she will still lose,because Tsunade is smarter,faster and more durable.She has also a trump card:Ranshinsho !!
To be honest Kakashi is stronger than the sannin(exept oro with preperation) thanks to Kamui.However he is outclassed by Tsunade or Jiraiya without Kamui.
