What if I told you Tobirama cant do teleportation? Minato stated Tobirama can use space time ninjutsu.
What if I told you Minato isn't water nature? Namikaze means : wind and waves which suggests he can either be water nature, wind nature or both.

Also Tobirama and Minato had been know as the only ST users until Tobi was revealed as Obito who's the 3rd known ST user in the last 100+ years in the manga!
