1. Blood Type Factor

Jiraiya, Tsunade, Minato, Kushina & Naruto all have same Blood Type i.e " B "

2. Height Factor :

following are Heights of
Jiraiya : 191.2
Tsunade : 163.1
Minato : 179.2
Kushina : 165
Naruto : 166

Now i made something unique to find out

here is how you do it
1st : father's height - Son's height = A height (just random name)
2nd : son's height - Mom's height = B
3rd : A + B = Husband's Height - Wife's Height .

See this :

1st : Jiraiya(191.2) - Minato(179.2) = A (12)
2nd : Minato(179.2) - Tsunade(163.1) = B (16.1)
3rd : A(12) + B(16.1) = 28.1 (Jiraiya's - Tsunade's Height) I.e 191.2 -163.1 = 28.1
