Being imbued with Madara's will means everything he does if for the sake of what Madara wanted, aka, Tsuki no Me, and his personality is like Madara's/

Also, Madara said the same thing about Perfect Susano'o. "Everyone who has seen it has died...or so I've heard." It's just a personality trait that was passed down from Madara to Black Zetsu.
