All kabuto did was give him wood style, he unlocked the other powers himself. It also proved another point to those who thought he didn't care about his plan. Seriously people still doubting the possibility of this? If Kabuto worked under Orochimaru and Orochimaru couldn't bring back the Kages at full strength, despite having Kabuto's edo tensi improvements absorbed into him, then why would Madara be at full power as an edo? It's just common sense. The jutsu is flawed in more ways than one.
