kakashi has obito s left eye
1. That explains why Rin is seen from Kakashi's perspective. Also right before the vision we can see that Obito's "left eye" twitched.
2. As someone mentioned in another thread the last panel showing Kakashi crying is not Kakashi himself but acutally it's Obito's eye is crying. That also explains why Kakashi's other eye has no tears.
3. Both in Gaiden and during Kakashi's death scene it is mentioned that "[Obito's eye] will become Kakashi's eye and he will see the future through him".
4. The above arguments would prove that Rin and kakashi in the last scene are not Zetsu clones or any genjutsu nor was the vision.
