Anyway on to the point Im going to Provide a detailed explanation on why EMS Sasuke > Nagato 1st things 1st we have to cover mobility as this is nagatos biggest weakness. Nagato fought with Hanzo the salamander and lost the use of his legs. Even the power of edo tensai could not restore them. Sasukes ability to move at godlike speed should obviously be able to blitz nagato along with his ability to counter taijutsu effectively via the sharingan so i would have to give taijutsu to sasuke enton could also stop nagato from using taijutsu as it did to the raikage. Now nagato has the rinnegan so he can use all the basic elements effectively along with his path techniques chibaku tensai , shinrai tensei , etc also he has the ability to "absorb all ninjutsu" as stated in the databook but the exception to that is amatertsu. As itachi hit nagato with it when he was programmed to react to all attacks in the most effective way
From here you can see the text is clearly saying HEBI sasukes power exceeds even that of the akatsuki guess what nagatos in the akatuski. I have never been a person to take the databook as fact but this is here to show the nagato databook spammers that they are wrong. If every word on here was fact then i would be saying hebi sasuke beats nagato. But im not im being realistic if the databook is so accurate then you cant discount what it says on sasukes page i knew sasuke was fast but i never read about GODLIKE SPEED. According to this his speed is much greater then we are giving him credit in top 5 of all time easily i have never heard a higher speed praise then this one. Sasuke is a genius of the uchiha clan just like itachi if he can find the weakness of chibaku tensai in time he could send an arrow through the orb and destroy it before too much mass gets around it. All the rest off nagatos aresenal loses to sussano. Anything less than a tailed beast bomb is not even cracking sasukes current sussano so ninjutsu is not helping nagato either his summons could just get amatertsu'd to death. Shinrai tensai has an interval that sasuke could exploit because naruto is much dumber than sasuke and even he figured it out. And last but not least is genjutsu sasuke can distract nagato with a katon possibly doubling with a setup for kirin since nagato is immobile during the battle he will be in one spot.(unless he flys if so sasuke will summon his hawk and burn his summon down via amatertsu) so if nagato is in one spot a katon would force him to use preta path the fireball will distract him for at least enough time for sasuke to pop up behind him and genjutsu his immobile ass lol genjutsu has already been stated to be nagatos weakness many times and sasuke is good enough to at least make him think kirin isn't being setup when it really is then bam we have a lightning dragon with enough speed to strike before preta even has a chance to try and absorb all that chakara. Also since preta path cant absorb amatertsu it could also do the trick instead of a genjutsu and kirin or sasuke could simply decapitate him with his godlike speed. I also believe that nagato has nothing capable of destroying sasukes v3 sussano the shinrai tensai he used to destroy the village might do the job but that can still be survived with sussano to break the fall then nagato will be completely drained as that technique requires a huge amount of chakara and sasuke will be damaged but not dead then he can just summon sussano again and an arrow to the chest does the trick. Now we all know sasuke will never face nagato as itachi pwned him already but this is to prove no one currently can defeat sasuke aside from edo madara tobi and naruto if were talking shinobi who are alive then its just tobi and naruto lol. nagato even knew it was coming why didn't he just use preta path? correct answer is he couldn't. Now i know nagato fanboys are about to send me a page from the data book but little do they no i have one too
