it says here:

"Naruto was ejected from the mode and sent hurtling towards the ground."

It didnt say extract

Even If you he did extract it, it's not complete. Yin and Yang Nine-Tails. I forgot which one has which, but Minato has the other half, He could just simply sacrifice himself in order to put his half inside of Naruto and save his life c: Then, Naruto saves the other half, and we have a death match ^-^ Full Nine Tails vs Madara.
