According to the rsm wiki U_U: Unlike his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and Tailed Beast Mode cloak, Naruto's eyes are yellow as opposed to orange or red, and there is no orange pigmentation around his eyes that a normal Sage Mode would entail. In addition, his skin does not glow like his previous transformations

.....no pigmentation, no glow unlike bm and kcm....manga facts, im saying this is partial rsm as naruto stated hes taking it easy.its official Naruto is the most badass > your fav in that department as well

Without using most of the Wiki's words and just use the Databook 4. When it talks about RSM, it only state

Six Path Sage Mode

1. Naruto has an unconscious/automatic mastery of the Sage of Six Path's ability to levitate.

2. Technique that allows Naruto to quickly grasp the Nature of Chakra with the skill of a well-studied, highly sensitive master.

3. Surpassing Kurama Mode, his vast Chakra lets him perform this risky stunt!
-Which was when Naruto kicked a TSB.

4. Reaction speed meets or exceeds that of Madara in his Ten Tails Jinchūriki Form. It's the height of sensory ability.
-Which was when he evade Madara's Limbo.

It never mentioned anything about the new chakra cloak he had in the Databook. So I guess that's from the all the 9 Tailed Beasts chakra combined with his Six Path Sage Mode. So no glowing skin and no pigmentations around the eyes.

So the picture you shown seems like a mix of Six Path Sage Mode with Kurama Mode cloak.
