Tailed beasts have huge amounts of chakra, in levels out of the human ones. Kisame had almost the same chakra with a tailed beast and he was known around the world as the "tailless tailed beast". If Minato had that much chakra, he'd be on Hashirama-Madara level most likely.

Ummm, no. Humans naturally possessing chakra the same size as the greatest Tailed Beast is a no way occurrence. He simply implied the bigger the thing he needs to transport the bigger the amount of chakra he has to spend doing it, but it does by no means have to be 'equal' to either its full size nor its own chakra capacity.

I can´t really give a proper estimate of Minato's chakra reserves, but they are by no means Tailed Beast-level.

But I think Minato's chakra level is equal to Kurama, or lower, cuz he used FTG tech many times to save Kushina, Naruto, fighting against Obito and defended his village.

- Teleport Kurama, which takes a lot of chakra itself...
- Using S/T Barrier on 2 TBB's, which too, would take up a lot of chakra due to its size
- Used FTG on multiple occasions, travelling all points of the village. Some notable ones: Teleported away from Kamui, teleported to the safe house, teleported to save Kushina, teleported back to the safe house and used it three times against Obito.
- 4 Symbols seal
- 8 Trigrams seal
- Contract seal
- Summoned Gamabunta
- RDS
- Rasengan

Minato did all of these in one night.

Definitely not, the only shinobi compared to the tailed beasts is Kisame, even with that he does not have the chakra levels of Kurama. Kurama is like the strongest of all the Jubi you know. You don't teleport on the basis of chakra size comparison.
