You are comparing the then Minato and the present Raikage. Back then A wasnt a match for Minato. Now years have passed Raikage has devoloped skills increased his chakra strength ..... If Minato was alive, who knows what he might be capable of now. Raikage wouldn't even be a match in terms of skills taijutsu chakra levels and all of above who knows he might be on top of all shinobi list. He might have developed many new techniques to counter each and every known jutsu. He might have been unstoppable.

its def either a tie or victory for raikage. cos alll minato can do is run basically. no point in having amazing speed if you cant attack.

We dont know much about minato .. so dont jump out on conclusion ... and as u can see .. after so long time .. Now also 4th Raikage said ( and watch carefully ... wat he said .. thats not the only fight ... "we fought so many times" ... ) he thought no-one will ever surpass minato ... so in all those fights if minato used the same tech .. then eventually A would understood and beat him ... but he "Cant" which proves minato has some other tech in his sleeves also ... so dude . dont jump on conclusion when u dont know the whole story

Until than we can only use our own knowledge and based on that determine who would've been better.
With A and Minato they both have a big chance, so there's no right or wrong. Just like Itachi vs Minato for example.
No one knows the answer. But I really respect good arguments. You put a lot of work into this! And your arguments are very clear. Only point is that we haven't seen Minato's full ability yet. But that's no problem for now. Maube we'll never get to see.

yh but then tobi clears this up saying itachi loved the village and didnt really want to harm anyone there so itachi may have been lying to kisame just to avoid conflict
such a fail, what about all those sealing techniques we have seen him do
and what makes you think just because chidori a "lightning" attack which was cancelled out by the raikage who has also mastered "lightning" manipulation (like sasuke) equates to rasengan also getting cancelled out
also looking at the latest anime minato was about to finish A and B saved him SMH

we havent seen all minato can do so by wat we have seen u are correct. However A admitted minato is stronger than him. This is different to wat itachi said to kisame cos we have seen all jiraiya can do so we can gather that itachi was lying where as we havent seen all minato can do
