I don't see the use of this
The only possible use would be outdoors but then you can't clean it and you're not putting that back in your purse so

Definitely have heard women say a lot, "You have it easy, guys can just pee anywhere". This could be handy on a tour, not all the venues have nice bathrooms and a lot of chicks won't pop a squat in a alley. But like on a hike, a bush and some cover will get the job done.
