Hi can anyone tell me how to get an additional bar under the one that shows leaf??

That will automatically be unlocked, when you have a speciel amount of posts.

once your reach a certain post count you will start with genin and then proceed further!!

User CP > Edit Your Details > Scroll down and find additional bar.
