[Question] Profile posts.

Suppose, I post on my friend's wall, for eg: 'XYZ'
and, after 2-3 days, I forget on whom's profile I posted. Is there a way to check on whom's profile I posted?

The best way is probably through the search option, though that won't get you very far.

You can bookmark his profile or write his name in your note, in the user CP.

I don't think so..the only way is for you to note his name in Notes...
