Go to your User CP and click 'Edit Avatar' on the left-hand column. :)

Your profile pic will only be displayed on your profile, but your avatar will be shown on the left of each post you make.

Use the
You must be registered for see images
code to insert images, or use the icons you see above when you're typing.

( You have to upload your image to a host like Photobucket, then use the direct link. )
