Profile Design request

Since I don't have much time to dedicate to the Base and my profile I'd like someone to design it for me. My friend tried but I didn't like the outcome and I didn't have time to re-design it, so here I make the request. Anyone willing to do it for me? If yes, PM me, and I'll reply with color details and my account info. Thanks in advance.

I lolled of course i would think the same if you looked at my avatar but look at my current sig i'm experienced too but i hadn't the time to make my avatar with photoshop :/
