Umm I had the same problem once mate. Some sort of bug with tumblr images ... I can't explain it either. What will fix it though is to change your image uploader server, for example when this happened I used ImageShack instead of Tumblr. I hope that I managed to help you mate, if it still doesn't works be sure to contact a mod/gmod about it!
