Itachi's Susanoo almost depends its all power from its weapons i.e Totsuka and yata mirror.
Yata mirror is capable to repell everything. It can cause difficulty for sasuke's susanoo as it can repell blaze release:magatma]
TOtsuka Blade is yellow colored sword that can cut or make a hole in something, and after doing so, it can seal that inside the susanoo and thurn that object into an illusion no matter what the object is. Acccording to zetsu, the Sword of Totsuka combined with the Yata Mirror essentially made Itachi's Susanoo invincible.
Jutsus/Techniques
For longer-ranged attacks, it is able to use the powerful Yasaka Magatama, which can be used as three chakra tomoe bound together by a single, circular thread and fired as a projectile or several tomoe strung out on a chakra string, which detach themselves and fire off individually.In the manga itachi's susanoo has used susanoo sword but it has preffered to use totsuka blade.
Itachi's yasaka magatma, with naruto's shuriken rasengan, bee's tailed beast even destroyed nagato's chibaku tensei.

Sasuke's Susanoo

In it's incomplete for sasuke's susanoo in able to manifest a sword known as susanoo sword. The sword is capable of utilising a blade resembling a regular katana that is somewhat curved at the end, which is wielded by its primary left arm. Sasuke was able to use it to cut through several stone pillars with ease.
When Sasuke's Susanoo reached its final form, it handled an orb made up of black flames of amaterasu. Sasuke manipulated it to form a sword.
Sasuke's suanoo also weilds an arrow bow whic was fast enough that even kakashi said, that if he would not use kamui to send the attacking arrow to other dimension, he would be dead.
Jutsus/Techniques
Sasuke's susanoo also uses blaze release kagutsuchi, a jutsu like blaze release magatma. It was able to kill several zetsu.
