Procrastination

Procrastination is like masturbation,

hah, the former occasionally involving the latter. ive definitely stayed up past 2AM writing papers the day they were due, tis an unavoidable hazard that procrastination

I wanna start out by saying that I procrastinate so hard.
Like, okay, I spend the majority of my time thinking about how I can half ass something and still get a good grade. If I just took half of that time and actually did the work, I would be a genius of effort like Rock Lee.

Currently, I should be studying for my state Latin competition.
But instead. . .I drew a picture of Zelda.

And I'll probably tell myself, "Well, you can't stop now, you're too invested and you'll lose all your artistic momentum and then you'll never finish so just go ahead and spend the next six hours on this drawing"

I mean. . .I don't even like Zelda that much. She's always depending on Link for one thing or another.

Is there a cure for procrastination? And how many others on here procrastinate hardcore like I do?

Yeah. I don't like to read books, I mean someone's mind-farts, fictitious novels, etc. I had 3 weeks to read a book and write an essay about the major theme from it. I left it all for the last day, and I managed to read a 350-page-long book and write a 6 pg essay about in about 15 hours. I put off doing hw for every class, and so far I'm running on A's in college.

Aside from certain aspects of my "system" I procrastinate all the time. I never did in school but I do about other things. There is no cure. You just gotta force yourself sometimes. Nice Zelda btw
