Well as embarrassing as this is I am asking anyone if they can help me with problems i am having on my computer right now. I am at work and i need to print out paper from my printer. However, My printer keeps telling me that it is offline. I turned off my computer and the printer to see if that would work. I was able to print out 1 file before i received the message again that the printer is offline even though it clearly isn't every other one of my coworkers is able to print aside from me. Can someone help me out with this situation? Do you think it might be printing preferences that are messing it up or might it be a virus on my comp?
Problems with my Printer

1.Go to the 'Start' menu
2.Select 'Devices and Printers'
3.Double Click on your printer
4.Click the link on the top right that says 'Printer: Offline'
5.Click on 'Printer' at the top left
6.Go down and uncheck 'use printer offline'
7. Print.
