Maybe some anxiety? If it only recently started happening, reassess your sleeping pattern, and daily habits. Are you eating too much sugar? Not enough salt?
I doubt it it is ADHD, it's something that should be scanned for when you're younger.
Are there any home issues? School issues that might be playing with your mind? Try taking more frequent naps or looking at the clouds or something that will calm your mind.
