I think the part where Kishi truly messed up was where he tried to spread the message of Peace through Naruto. This is because it's a battle manga first. He was going through with it when Naruto confronted Pain and Obito, but when Obito was defeated, and Madara came, it was like he threw the message out the window. When Madara came, all of a sudden Naruto is like let's kick this guy's ass, and then it get's worse with Kaguya. We didn't even hear her backstory at all. I thought every villain (excluding Hidan) had a reason of being who they are. But instead, they just seal her.

Do you think it's because he simply forgot or thought we don't care for that stuff and decided to change it? And if the latter were true he should have at least made a better final fight.

That's what I didn't like about the kaguya fight, she barley talked and no backstory.

It's just another one of the many flaws this manga has.

Naruto could relate to Obito and Nagato in many ways so he could find out more about them and try to make peace. Madara was a pure villain who used Obito and Nagato to do his dirty work. Naruto can't forgive him for that.

I'm not too sure about Kaguya. Her time was definitively rushed.

The Kaguya fight is not the final fight in my opinion. I think it's still Naruto VS Sasuke.

Kaguya death was disappointing

Madara looked like a biatch when he died

Obito turned into a biatch before he died

The villians deaths are sucky but I feel Kaguyas was the worse

Hopefully some things are explained in soon chapters or in the next time skip aka p3

I don't think he was a pure villain, he's sort of a what if scenario for Sasuke.

I'm sure he hated Obito prior to knowing his past, probably more than he hated Nagato, however, he learned that Obito wasn't all bad. The thing is, Madara didn't bother speaking to him like Obito did (Obito was engaging him in conversation even before being unmasked) and just constantly attacked him, forcing him to defend himself. And Kaguya was far beyond saving, being completely insane (and he still spoke to her like he spoke to Obito for most of the fight). The thing is, neither Madara nor Kaguya even bothered to acknowledge him as more than an obstacle, and unlike Obito and Nagato, he was put into a position where he didn't get a chance to talk to them, it was either fight or die the whole time (plus, in Madara's case, when they could've spoke, Black Zetsu took him out).

Not to mention, Madara didn't even change his resolve as he lay dying before Hashirama (he may have, being as he cracked a joke, but he never officially said he was wrong, and didn't want to die as comrades).
