problem with picture

I can't upload my picture, there's a message saying uploading failed...My picture is in a low jpg resolution... Is there something wrong with my account or in uploading?....Tc

Can you give us more details? You want to use this pic as an avatar/signature/profile picture or it will just be a picture in your album?
and from where are you trying to upload it?

oh, i was trying to upload a profile picture, this is the link:

Alright, first of all take a look at this guide in case you are missing a detail.

Follow it step by step (upload it from your computer) and if you still can't figure it out tell me and we will check it out together.

PS. All pictures used for profile pictures/signatures/avatars are automatically re sized so you don't need to edit the pic you want to use.

Open your picture with paint.

Click at:

File
Save as
And then you find a litle empty spot to write the picture name. On the empty space bellow, change to JPEG. And then save.

You'll be able to upload that one.
