After being relieved of my ban, I tried to post and this is what it looks like

As you can see there are no options for tags available at the top. It's the same with 'Go advance'. I also can't seem to Edit my posts either. The edit icon won't sumbit the edited version

And nope my internet is good today. Already tried logging in and out.

I might have been kidding. Like Nathan said, clear your cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, it could be a glitch. Contacting a mod or admin directly might get you help quicker.

That's done in your browser settings. Go to them, and type in cookies or cache in the search bar, the option to erase theme will come up.
