1-almost all or even maybe all of the sensais dont know puppet tech so how am I sopposed to learn the puppet tech
I think sensais should be able to teach moves they cant do(those who cant do teach)

2 why do people have to be a user for 2 months to became a sensai or 5 to make a custom element
I think 1 month for all of those is enough

as for the puppet techniques I am not sure who would be the sensei for that, but allowing them to teach techniques they do not know is not a good idea. How are you suppose to teach something that you can not use yourself.

and because that is the waiting period determined by the mods incharge of the Naruto RP. They had determined that to get to the rank necessary to use custom mods or to become a sensei it would be necessary to be on the site for that long and be rping for that long so that you have enough experience.

as for the experience, those are the rules and they have been for a while so follow them is all i can tell you. they were made so that there was a gap between those who had the proper experience and knowledge and those who don't
