[Prized] Avatar & Signature Request [Prized]

Alright, I recently tried having someone make an avatar for me and it didn't come as I wanted it to come out. I come here in hoping I can get what I want; so I want my avatar to be with having a sharingan that I will post here; that sharingan should be able to spin(spinning) in the eye of the character that I'll post here. The signature should be able to be blending in with the signature area as if it's not restricted by a box or something similar. The sig should have the akatsuki symbol in the outfit of the sig avatar's clothing, that's all. Oh, make it cool-looking not just some rendered sig or avatar. The reward is Reps to those who try and Premium for a month to who I take these from, it could be two people; resulting in 2 premiums given. Time limit will be 2 months from now. Good Luck! ​

No. It's not something you can make in minutes, the sharingan is like its bouncing and as to the signature, be more specific I can't answer without knowing what
