[Technical Issue] Private Message Malfunction

I'm having problems with my private messaging. Usually a normal user can have upto at least 25-30 private messages in their inbox right?

For some reason, i can't have more than 5. It then tells whoever i'm chatting with that my private quota is full. This is really annoying. If anyone could assist i'd appreciate it greatly.

Go check both inbox and outbox (it counts for both) and for your kind info we can store upto 250 messages, got it

I would like to help but i dont have many private messages and most of it ,is from nb bot

Normal members can have up to 250 pms all together. This means pms in specific folders but also pms in sent items and pms in the inbox. By default, when you send a pm it saves a copy in the sent items folder. Members often forget to clean that up.

I just sent you one and its working which means you have space. In the bottom part of your Private Message section is a graphic with colors. In there you can check and see how full your pm box is in total as it displays both the total number of pms in the various folders but also how close you are to filling in the box. If the problem continues, please report it once again.
