if it can restore anyone from full health even who died just like lao g, does that mean it can revive ace or whitebeard if they still have their body preserrved?

i think we need more clarification later on from Oda ! az mentioned in recent chapter it has the ability of "restoration" , that doflamingo can even use it for an OBJECT like the smile factory !! although i'm not sure if has the ability to revive the dead !!

We don't know that, there may be a time limit like the person can only have died x many days or hours ago.

Jora wanted to use Masnherry's tears on an unconscious (not dead) Lao G.
she can restore health - if you are dead, you don't have any health which can be restored.

We don't know this either, while Oda rarely kills anyone making it a valid point, we don't know it can't revive people also. It probably can't since it works on buildings apparently so it's power probably isn't healing but more like resetting.

i don't think there will be a fruit that can just casually revives the dead. even if they died seconds ago.

I hope that it's true that Oda said he hates revival of the dead in manga and well Sensei ain't no hypocrite.
Yomi Yomi maybe revival but well the first we knew of Brook he had already been a corpse then just Bones as he always reminds. Its not really like if he where to awaken Ace/WB/Roger/Sabo(wait he never did kill him huh).
Mansherry's power seems very well useful in the physical only sense hence it can "heal" buildings but even then that is different from the basic ability(eg her tears healing wounds). To revive one on op wld mean their soul is returned from the underworld(from how Yomi works) n well I doubt Mansherry can even restore stuff that's in the next room let alone a place of religious/mythological existence.

As others have stated above, nor Lao G, nor any of the other executives are dead. Not even Machvise who was sent flying by >10,000 tons into the birdcage. With that being said, no Mansherry's fruit can't revive the dead. It can just heal and/or restore 'things' for the cost of the user's life span as it was stated. v_v
