Juubi has sharrinegan. So6p has Rinnegan. Uchiha have Sharingan. Matches the theme of the further from the ancestor, the more diluted power ges.

Kaguya probably had the Sharrinegan, then.

It could be an Adam and Eve reference, but unlikely; Adam and Eve were expelled from the garden of eve, paradise, and from Madara's description, the world where Kaguya lived was anything but a paradise...

On the other hand, Tsuki = Moon. Princess Kaguya is the name of the girl from the moon, from the bamboo cutter's tale. Far too much of a coincidence, although most of the author's references are never build upon. Maybe he's pointing to something, though.

Also, Uchiha x Senju couldn't be a biblical reference, unless the Elder sonkilled the younger one.
