I go with Itachi, excellent skiller, very good Taijutsu, assured high-level ninja. Zabuza is very good, but even in the Mist, Itachi's senses are excellent, I don't think I'm exaggerating

He is in almost everyway better than part 1 Kakashi and the mist only managed to lower Kakashi reactions a little. With intell being full he keeps exploding clones hidden to counter/break him out of water prison if he's caught and that's Zabuza's only way of winning

Zabuza prolly wins, especially on top of the water. I don't know who has more stamina, so he has my benefit of doubt
Itachi can't get out of water prison, nor can he survive waterfall vortex.
Itachi is better skilled in CQC, but zabuza has the better tools & tactics & crows are useless in the mist(are they real crows even?)

Tough but I'll go with Itachi. I'd like to say zabuza because I believe that fighting Kakashi with haku and the kids made him somewhat soft in his approach. But I think itachi could still fight through the mist being that his vision already sucks
