you mean the seal that requires both of them to touch it?,they get molested before that. Sealing the juubi is useless anyway,as it is already seaed in juubito who can ressummon it again easily. Oh and juubito can fight seperately from the juubi,meaning he rapes sasuke while juubi rapes naruto.
