I put Prime Rayleigh on Prime Garp level, so he should take this with around high difficulty

For me, all prime:

Roger = WB > Garp >= Rayleigh >= Sengoku.

Don't judge the power relation between Prime Dark King and Buddha just on wha twe've seen them do. You can't forget that Sengoku was active as the FA until the end of Part 1 and continues to be a mentor. Rayleigh though retired decades ago.
