Marineford Sengoku is still Fleet Admiral, which mean that Doflamingo (or Law, Vergo) wouldn't do much agaisnt him.

Not true, you're misconstruing the logic. If a person shows insane speed, they can get past this strategy, or immensely strong Haoshoku. Sengoku hasn't. It's not like the strategy is impossible

Oh so Law with 2 fodders can beat Kuzan. Last time I checked Kuzan hasn't showed any amazing speed feats or Haoshoku.

It's possible, but not likely. There are multiple factors you have to consider.

For one, Kuzan has shown good speed feats, he's been shown to be able to freeze extremely large areas with ice in very, very short time. If Law is with two fodder, the plan isn't likely to work as Kuzan can just freeze the area right away as Law is making Room, ruining the plan.

Now, the thing about this scenario, is that Doflamingo and Vergo can both pack a wollop themselves, as opposed to two fodders, and Sengoku hasn't shown speed feats like Kuzan has. Doflamingo and Vergo have the potential to launch themselves at Sengoku, and while Sengoku is defending/countering, Law can do the switch. If you put two fodders into this scenario, it wouldn't really work as they'd lack the capabilities of distracting/occupying Sengoku for a significant enough amount of time, while Doflamingo and Vergo most likely can.
