Prime Sasuke vs Prime Lee Who would win?

So, back in part 1 when Lee fought Sasuke and Sasuke used the sharingan on him, he stated that "Your eyes maybe able to keep up, but what good does it do you, if you're body can't keep up", do you guys think if Sasuke and Lee would fight as they are right now full health perfect condition, etc. With all there moves intact, who would win? Sasuke or Lee.
