nope the DB said it's a rinnegan ability only the original wielder of the rinnegan can use and sasuke meets the requirements for that unlike nagato and obito
amenotijikara and genjutsu rinnegan are the only exclusive rinnegan skills(probably because of the tomoe in sasuke's rinnegan)
Yeah the original ability of the rinnegan for Madara's, meaning it's his own selective rinnegan ability.
Sasuke's own rinnegan ability for the original wielder would be his S/T technique .o.

no it didn't say madara's only it said the rinnegan in general
the reason sasuke had exclusive rinnegan skills is because of hago's yin chakra which gave him Amenotijikara which is an alternate version of kaguya's dimension shifting and Genjutsu: Rinnegan which is a lower scale IT.

Limbo is not Madara's ability, it's the Rinnegan's ability.
OT: Great thread. One great addition would be that Kurama stated that Sasuke was as good as the sage in controlling the beasts' chakra alone, which he pulled out from the outer path. Then he states, that he's still a novice. Imagine where Sasuke would be when he masters it completely. The possibilities are limitless.

Most of the things you said have been on my mind for a while. Limbo I've already made a thread on. Sasuke already combined Perfect Susano'o with Amenotejikara. Now all that is left is to use it with his other Rin'negan abilities and he's set.

I'm pretty sure if they fight prime sasuke with susanoo preta path would absorb bijuu sasuke dry since he isn't good rinne to counter that with his own preta path
True Sasuke absorbs loads of chakra from Naruto and his tailed beast (or beasts) but for the counter-measure Kishimoto gave Naruto Sage mode in which Sasuke can't absorb that power without taking it's limitations/restrictions/and side-effects
Prime Sasuke will obviously be powerful but I don't understand why people care. As soon as they got those power ups they both are considered GODS among their fellow shinobi, so do these vs threads matter anymore
It's only Nardo vs. SAUCE now xD.

True but JJ dual rinne madara ,hago and kaguya were above them so it's good to think of sasuke and naruto potential
so I pretty positive that prime sasuke and naruto are both take the top in NV.

Sasuke may reach Yin Hamura/Yang Hagoromo level, just like Naruto in their prime age, or even surprass them barerly.
still it would be big gap to Jin Hagoromo, not even mentioning Prime Kaguya
